Summary

Comedian Mike Birbiglia’s hilarious yet profound one-man show recounts his emotional and physical journey to parenthood. In this 80-minute monologue, Mike brilliantly explores the subject of parenthood, from his initial reluctance to have kids to his humiliating visits to a fertility doctor to the explosion of stuff once he and his wife Jenn welcome the New One into their lives.

History
The New One premiered off-Broadway at the Cherry Lane Theatre on 2 August 2018. Directed by Seth Barrish, the production starred playwright Mike Birbiglia. On 11 November 2018, the show made its Broadway premiere at the Cort Theatre.
